Nespresso or dolce gusto？

You may be wondering what the difference is between the Nespresso machines and the Nescafe Dolce Gusto. While both one cup coffee makers can make similar drinks, their focus is completely different.

The Disadvantage of Hamilton beach brewstation drip coffee maker

I love the concept of Hamilton beach's brewstation drip coffee makers. It's a brilliant idea and kind of an innovation. Especially, you can't always be careful enough to break the grass carafe of the traditional drip coffee makers. It's also a hand free design unless you put the machine at the wall and push the button to get the coffee. However, great idea with poor product! The bellowing are the customer reviews of these series of products. You know where to change, Hamilton beach.


1)The hot water runs through coffee grounds far too quickly to allow a long enough steep.
2) The highest temperature reached in the water chamber is 152 degrees and even the smallest addition of cream naturally brings it down even more.

3) The water dispensing movable spout is flimsy and will be the first item to break.

4) The coffee outlet is too close to the concave front wall and makes a thick-sided mug impossible to fill without spilling coffee.

5) The dispensing lever must be pushed hard for coffee flow to start thereby making the "one-handed" action into a two-fisted one - unless the whole contraption is pushed against the wall.

6) The clock is useless since it's not LED-lighted.
7) The lid doesn't close properly and, if lifted after water is heated, allows distillation to dribble down the back of the machine.

8) You have to lift the lid way up to pour in the water/coffee which means pulling the whole unit out from under the kitchen cupboards.

9) The heating element, which produces a warm, not hot, cup of coffee.

10) I also dislike that I can't see how much coffee is left as you would in a regular carafe model.

11) Not only does it leak from the front, but it has what appears to be a drainage hole in the rear.

12) the swinging arm catches the paper filters as it swings. You have to manually correct this each time or you'll get coffee grounds inside the water tank.

13) if your cup is tall, it may not fit under the nozzle properly.

14) it is almost impossible to pour the water into the pot from without dumping it all over the counter.

15) There is a metal plate in the middle of the body of the coffeemaker, right where you pour the water in - and almost impossible to avoid.

16)This machine is a cool idea that is poorly designed and made.

17) The coffee maker is very light weight and feels very cheaply made over all.

18) The lid didn't fit down properly and had a slight gap when closed.

19) The little arm that dispense the water over the grounds was very flimsy and had to be forced in and out of position.

20) This machine is so light that I had to use one hand to hold it in place while I pushed the mug in.

21) The 2-hour automatic shut off might be nice but if its empty that whole time that's going to be a fire hazard.

Among all the countries around China, Japan is the biggest coffee consumption country, also the 4th coffee consumption country in the world, up to 450,000 tones, that's 3.5 kilos/person.
The following are Indonesia & Korea: 200,000 and 110,000 tones. Vietnam produces 1 million tones of coffee/ year, ranked No.2 .
And Indonesia produced 520,000, ranked No.4. in the world. Finally India ranked 7,produeced 260,000.

The conclusion is the countries around China produce and consume large amount of coffee of the world. Can you find a better atmosphere and circumstance in somewhere else except China?

About how to read a book

1.Before you read a book. Try to figure out what kind of information you want to get from this book, that is to say “what’s your purpose of this reading?” If you know where you’re going, you will be more focus and fast. So select a good book and read the topics you’re really interested in then absorb it.

2.About how to read a book. We should not read the books word by word, which will not increase your comprehension and understanding of the books. The correct way to read a book is “photo reading”. Read the book as fast as can, try to get the information you really want and skip the contents that are useless to you. It’s ok and enough that if you could only get 1% of useful information that really works. So don’t worry you will miss something in the lines. The reason you miss them is they are not important and interesting; otherwise they would catch your eyes. So I am taking some time to practice the “photo reading” and “fast reading” these days.

3.About the information you get from the book. While we are reading, we should not make any marks or try to write down the content we are interested in, but try to accumulate the knowledge in head. We can use our imagination to connect the knowledge together. In order to use this method, one should keep reading all the time, at least 10 books per month.
4.After you finish reading the book. Instead of copying the words from the book, we should use our own language to summarize what we learn from the book. Last but not the least , never forget to share what you learn with others. The best way to learn is to teach , besides you can make friends and make your positive influence on others.

5. When you are sharing, please pay attention to your logic structure to make others easily to understand. Try to use number as possible as you can, which would make you more logical.
6. Keep yourself in the information all the time. If you can’t read books sometimes, try to listen to some audio books by your MP3 player. Don’t waste your time watch TV.

7. This tip is written for me. When you finish your university education and enter the society to start your career, you have to keep learning after work. Why? Because to this society, you are as a blank paper now, do you want to keep it empty or fulfill it with knowledge？ So keep working, keep learning.
